  • Earning or redeeming points keeps your account active.
  • We’ll send a reminder before your points are scheduled to expire.
  • Once points are redeemed for store credit, the issued reward is valid for 3 months.

Do I need an account to earn rewards?

Yes. Your Sailor Rewards balance is connected to your customer account. Make sure you’re signed in when placing an order.

How many points do I earn on an order?

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

How do I move up a rewards level?

Your level is based on qualifying lifetime spend in the rewards program: Crew at $300, Captain at $1,000, Admiral at $5,000, Commodore at $10,000, and Fleet Elite at $25,000.

Do I lose my rewards level?

Under the current program setup, once you reach a level it is treated as a lifetime achievement.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Unused points may expire after 365 days without earning or redeeming points.

How long do I have to use store credit after redeeming points?

Once points are converted into store credit, the issued reward is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued.

How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account and open the Sailor Rewards panel. Your available rewards will be shown based on your points balance and rewards level.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link with a new customer. They receive $5 off, and after they place their first order, you receive a $10 reward.
